We begin every project with a Project Planning Call to discuss your goals, style, and needs.

Next, we schedule an in-home or virtual Design Consultation, where we start crafting the personalized plan for your home.

During this session, you’ll gain actionable insights, a clear vision for your space, and end the session able to take the first steps toward bringing it to life.

Step 02: Design Development

In this stage, we refine your ideas into a comprehensive design plan. This includes mood boards, color palettes, and curated materials, followed by detailed renderings and selections.

You’ll see every aspect of your dream home come together with clarity through multiple touch points so you can be sure your vision for your home is perfect.

Step 03: Project Execution

We handle every detail of project execution, from creating contractor-ready plans to managing purchases, deliveries, and installations.

Whether overseeing site visits or tracking orders, we provide a worry-free and seamless process that transforms your design into reality.

Step 04: Reveal Day & Final Walkthrough

Your journey culminates in an unforgettable reveal day, where every detail of your beautifully designed space comes together. This is your moment to step into a home that reflects your style and feels uniquely yours - one you’ll look forward to coming home to..

As part of the reveal, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to ensure every element is perfect and nothing is overlooked. From the curated furnishings to the finishing touches, we ensure your dream home is ready for you to enjoy.

Step 1: Share Your Vision (TELL US ABOUT YOU)

  • What We Do: We send you a fun, detailed style questionnaire to understand your design goals.

  • What You Do: Tell us about your lifestyle, share your budget, and upload your Pinterest boards or inspiration photos.

Step 2: Measure & Snap (Space Assessment)

  • What We Do: We provide a simple, step-by-step guide to help you measure and photograph your room.

  • What You Do: Send us your room dimensions and quick photos of the space from a few different angles.

Step 3: See Your Concept (Design Development)

  • What We Do: We create a custom initial mood board featuring color palettes, furniture styles, and textures.

  • What You Do: Review the concept and give us your honest feedback so we can refine the direction.

Step 4: Perfect the Plan (Collaboration)

  • What We Do: We build your finalized 2D floor plan layout and realistic 3D renderings (if included in your package).

  • What You Do: We collaborate digitally to swap items or tweak details until you absolutely love the look.

Step 5: Shop & Style (Your Final Package)

  • What We Do: We deliver a clickable shopping list with direct links to every item, plus a setup guide.

  • What You Do: Buy the items at your own pace, follow our placement map, and watch your dream room come to life.

Step 1: The Design Discovery

  • What We Do: We host an intensive virtual strategy session to audit your floor plan's pain points, lifestyle needs, and budget goals.

  • What You Do: Share your target investment, inspiration imagery, and wishlist for your kitchen, bath, or structural remodel.

Step 2: The Digital Site Scan

  • What We Do: We supply a straightforward measurement framework and video guide to help you capture your existing structural elements.

  • What You Do: Provide exact dimensions of your walls, ceiling heights, windows, and current plumbing/gas line locations.

Step 3: Concepts & Team Alignment

  • What We Do: We develop your custom design concept and creative direction. We then brief our trusted network of architects and 3D artists to align on your spatial goals. Or we work with architects/3D artists you’re already collaborating with.

  • What You Do: Review the initial creative direction, floor plan layouts, and material palettes to confirm the design trajectory.

Step 4: The Collaborative Development

  • What We Do: We manage the collaborative pipeline—working directly with the architect to ensure structural accuracy and managing the 3D artists to build your exact finish selections into realistic visuals.

  • What You Do: Review the professionally drafted architectural plans and photorealistic 3D renderings to see your future home fully visualized.

Step 5: Your Contractor-Ready Blueprint

  • What We Do: We finalize and compile your master design package, including architectural layouts, lighting/electrical plans, and a complete finish specification spreadsheet.

  • What You Do: Hand this comprehensive, expert-vetted package directly to local general contractors to receive highly accurate, competitive construction bids.
